First day of registrations and paper sumbissions.
May, 2011
Sunday, 8th Paper submission deadline
Last day of regular paper sumbissions.
Thursday, 19th Sponsored registration deadline
Last day of sponsored registrations.
July, 2011
Sunday, 17th First day of DebCamp
First day for sponsored food+room (only for people with a work plan for DebCamp).
Saturday, 23rd Last day of DebCamp
Regular DebConf participants may arrive this day (and receive sponsored accommodation), but should work quietly rather than disturbing DebCamp attendees when they arrive! If you are arriving on the 23rd, you don't need to (and shouldn't) mark in Penta that you are attending DebCamp.
Sunday, 24th DebConf begins
Debian Day
DebConf participants are encouraged to arrive this day.
Monday, 25th DebConf Day 2
Tuesday, 26th DebConf Day 3
Group photo in the afternoon; Cheese and Wine Party in the evening
Wednesday, 27th DebConf Day 4
Daytrip

Conference Dinner in the evening

Last day of sponsored food, and last night for sponsored accommodations.
Sunday, 31st Clean-up & departures. All attendees must check out of the hotel at latest on the morning of 31 July!
